1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the habaje platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and habaje. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the habaje platform.

These habaje Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through the habaje website and mobile app, including all games, payment services, promotions, and customer support interactions. 2 Eligibility

Habaje uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Habaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on habaje are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied and no hidden fees are charged by habaje on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your habaje wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Habaje is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your habaje account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your habaje account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your habaje account dashboard.

Players are expected to engage with habaje games in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any habaje game.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with habaje game systems.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game result on habaje, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to players. Habaje's decision on technical disputes is final.

• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, habaje reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
